Akshay Kumar will return as Kinng Singh in a sequel to this year's biggest hit.
Producer Vipul Shah says he will make part II to the comedy Singh is Kinng and, naturally, will cast Akshay in it. He hopes the movie's director will also return.
"I'd like Anees Bazmi to direct," says Vipul, "but he's very busy and it depends on him."Akshay however, he says will remain his main man. "He is my constant," said Vipul, who is currently shooting London Dreams with Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan, "I am working with Ajay and Salman for the first time."
He said that experience also panned out well. "I felt equally at home with them so I'll be working with them again for sure."He said before the Singh is Kinng sequel, he would do another movie with Akshay that "pushes the envelope even further."
He says he has finished writing the script for this while working on London Dreams. Vipul has also signed a two-film deal with 20th Century Fox. One of these films he says would be a big special effects spectacle again featuring Akshay.
Talking of why he was absent from Akshay Kumar's Diwali party, he said: "I was committed to this Goan holiday from long before. There was no way I could disappoint my sons. Akshay himself flew down from South Africa for just a day for his party and went back. So it was all done in a rush. Just because I don't attend his party we've become enemies? What kind of logic is that? We've decided to have our own private Diwali bash as soon as he returns Nov 11. We're also announcing the details of our next film together very shortly."
