Oedipus complex anyone? Kismet has some other connection for these two. While Shahid will never grow out of her pallu, the amma that she looks, should shed some clothes and act with heroes her age. She did look and feel the part of Sanjay Dutt's tender side in 'Munnabhai MBBS'. Why did she have to try a Bebo with Shahid in that godawful 'Kismet Konnection' just to warm up to him.
When will Shahid start working with girls, like screaming teenage girls Himess bhai is working with? The nasal nuisance is as old as the hills but his female co-stars are getting younger with every new film he's signing and Shahid instead chooses to work with Rani, with whom he has just signed a Yashraj film. It would suit them to remake 'The Graduate'.

Bips looks every bit the superwoman in 'Bachna Ae Haseeno'. And the way she treats puppy dog Ranbir, making him sing and dance to her tunes, she reminds me of Meryl Streep's sadistic cruelty in 'The Devil Wears Prada' with perhaps an understated polite hint of Cruella required for a Bollywood film. She's almost spewing venom at the mere sight of the boy.
The film required that, but the image is so strong now, the I dread to imagine the two of them trying to cuddle up in another saccharine romance. Bips comes on so strong on the androgynous boy, she ends up looking like she will wear the pants around, and leave him to pick up her towels all the time. Ying-Yang disturbed.

The two of them were visibly embarrassed to acknowledge each other as lovers in 'Saawariya' and I wasn't convinced she should go with him in the end. They looked so mis-matched. She's tall, gawky and still a girl, whereas he's short, bulky and an old man with false hair.
They haven't signed any films together, and we hope they keep it at that. Salman has no dearth of PYT's hanging on his arm off screen to flaunt anymore on screen and Sonam will do well if she is paired with fresher, younger men, although it's advisable that she check with her directors about the height of her heroes.

I am taking a detour but these two guys would have to make it to this list, being an odd pair is more than obvious but they are better off than most odd pairs we have around. From the time they did 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari' where the girls had no clue where to take their cues from to their sizzling chemistry in 'Tashan' which would make any Akki-Bebo, Saif-Bebo vibes fail in comparison the Saif-Akshay jodi rocks.
In a Bollywood adaptation of 'Brokeback Mountain' hands down, these two guys would be the first choice for any film maker. Whether he chooses to call it 'Toota Hua Pahaad' or 'Peeth Par Pahaad Toota' makes no difference, we will watch and first day-first show for this hatke jodi.
