Having seen some of her initial movies, I always felt Parineeti was an excellent actress, but after just watching Hasee Toh Phasee, I am totally blown away. She is put life in the performance as Meeta. You want to laugh with her and you want to cry with her. Some of the scenes were so touching that you really feel like reaching out and hugging her. Also want to add that Siddharth Malhotra (only his 2nd film) was equally good and 100 % perfect for the role of Nikhil. What a chemistry between these two. Just can't get over it.
Mind you the first 30 minutes or so could be a bit wacky for some but you must continue as the movie gets better and better.
