I know it is tough to get big hi quality pics like you used to make (like my avatar) from the captured vid clips, now that your hd went out. But thanks very much for your effort! 😃

yup becoz u can get one thing at a time...either hq pics or video...and i lost all the data before so i had to get the video so couldn't get pics..but don't worry friend...if shakira repeats again ...i will defintely give u hq pics...this is my prmise to u😃
