We cannot blame his parents.

Many people in this world are jerks but that doesn't mean that it's their parents fault.

He has been taking drugs, abusing girls, acting psycho and what not...

No parent would like his child to be as such. People sometimes go out of their parents hands and go the wrong way that does not make their parents responsible.

Every parent gives his child all the basic values- it's just that some forget them as in case of sky. Simple as that.
