This saying best fits 4 small hearted ppl like Salman, naam barey aur darshan chotay. These small gestures like not talking 2 him when housemates were going in the house, and not giving him the watch, openly shunning him on most occasions and making cheap comments against him, would definitely make jerk like Salman really happy. These big hearted donations are all for the crap he accumulated since he started his career, he never had a good image, so the "bigg-hearted" acts are a way to neutralize the effects 4 the past wrongs he has committed, incl. serving time in jail.

Not giving Shati the watch reflects badly on Salman and not on Shakti...1000 rupees ki watch se shakti ka kya hota lekin salmaan has shown how unprofessional he can be🤢

It's all an assumption that it was from Salman to the previous contestants, I honestly doubt that he would sit in Germany (shooting for Ek Tha Tiger) will plan such petty things about whether a watch should be given to Shakti or not. May be it was BB's call and they decided not to! Its not even about the watch its about the respect and equal treatment! Whether it was Salman's decision or BB, I definitely didn't appreciate it!

I think Shakti did not get the watch because Salman does not like him.

Salman and his family were going to promote Shakti's son but because Shakti foul mouthed Salman and his family while drunk, relations got sour and son's promoting was also long gone!

(Shakti also refered this story when he was in the BB house but ofcourse he did not mention the name (Salman) of the family. )
