I agree with you 100%, but I do have one thing to say though. Part of "being human" is making mistakes and coming out of them. I agree that his mistakes are morally and ethically wrong, but he knows what he did was wrong and repents. Also, he tries to do a lot of good for people through his Being Human Foundation. No doubt, he is a criminal for what all he did, but he also is trying to come out from is and do good things too. I guess my thinking is really different or weird, but I like to give people second chances if they really show they're trying to come out from their past mistakes.

It's easy to give second chances when it's not our loved ones who were killed, God forbid, if one of you're loved ones got run over by a drunk driver, you would want justice, it wouldn't matter how much charity he does, or if he felt "bad", no matter how much charity he does, it wouldn't bring back your loved one, the fact is he's still out there and getting away with it... we should want the same for others as we would want for ourselves.

There a difference between a genuine accident and complete recklessness, he is responsible for the death of a human being because he chose to drive whilst being drunk, it's completely irresponsible and reckless, he gets no sympathy from me, scoundrels like him should be locked away in prison to rot.
