Him and Vindu need serious psychiatric help. If Tanaaz comes back, the only way she's going to be able to give it back and provide entertainment, is if Bhaktiyaar is gone. I think thats why BB had Tanaaz go out first. If Bhaktiyaar had been voted out instead of Tanaaz, then he woudve come back by wild card and the game woudve been the same again. If Tanaaz comes back, then Bhaktiyaar will soon go out, and he won't have a chance for return. (No complaints there..but get Rohit out first 😛)
