I wanted this, Hiten should have apologized to her and he did exactly that

She was hurt no doubt, she had felt confident about Hiten's support after knowing about this support so sudden revelation that all her trust was based on a lie would have been shocking

Plus kind of anger she showed seemed like that when you get angry at your friend who doesnt support you.

This is genuine friendship, I hope eventually Arshi forgives him

Yes indeed . Sorry does not make anyone small. Anyone else in his place might have said ki tumne bhi toh mere saath aisa kiya isliye maine yeh kiya. He doesnt beleive in blame game . Jahan uski galti hogi woh maafi maangta hai. He also apologised on Gauri's behalf. Everyone makes mistakes but ut takes courage to say sorry.

Good on him for apologizing. Honestly, it says a lot about the guy that something like this is his worst transgression in this madhouse. There have definitely been times when he has been instigated, but he never really took the bait. Call him a leader or a follower, to last this long without having ugly moments is truly commendable.

Now if only he could step his game up a little too...
