Vikas made hiten caption so this point makes no sense but Arshi s points that why make Puneesh caption over her is also valid. Vikas is saying he can't do it without support means he doesn't want to lose SS Puneesh support. He definitely can make her caption because the bedroom gang will support but that will spoil his individual game.

Meaning those who are still part of the task that majority will decide.

Arshi seems to have left the task after 2 rounds .Hence he was saying that i alone cant decide,he cant control majority.
