They have never mentioned it unlike last season. BB has been looking at them quite equally in that way. A commoner like Sapna might have had more vote bank than a celeb like Vikas when they started. The distinction between the two is vague, they have blurred the lines this season which is tbh a good thing.
I'm pretty sure, this season the winner will be a celebrity.. last season, the commoner concept was introduced the very first time so they HAD TO prove that a commoner CAN win so that commoners may not lose hope that we have no chance against celebrities and come to participate in next seasons with confidence.. this season, they need to give hope to the celebrities that the show is fair and not pro commoners.. the bold parts in stinson's post are hinting too towards what are showmakers's plans..
