I think it's coz of the fight they had earlier on in the season. Rohan said something about 'Gujjar hoke...blah blah' and BB had to call both of them in the CR and ask Rohan not to mention caste etc in the show. Manveer still might be carrying that grudge.

manveer is a cunning fox disguised as bhola

manveer looks bad compared to rohan

manveer is ganwaar compared to rohan

girls favor rohan and manveer doesnt get that

manveer is not dressed as well as rohan

manveer is lukkha badmash type compared to decent rohan

i think these are enough reasons for him to be jealous

manu & manveer rohan ke gender pe bol rahe te rohan ne cast pe bola ta fault dono ka ta tab pir rohan ne bhula diya even sonakshi aayi ti tab gender pe sawal uta ta bb want fight but rohan ne maturity dikate huye ki old mamla hai jaane do but manveer abi bi apne mann me rakha hua hai thats why he hate rohan

n that day also Manveer was cmmnting on his sexuality n abusing Rohan said gujjaro Kannam kharab kardiya that's it
