I know this has nuthing to do with BB...bt Arvind Kejrival and Delhi ki junta has won🥳

If by qualities u mean qualifications... And money then wo tho abhi thak ke saare politicians mein the... The quality which they lacked was goodness... Snd i think it has just bern fulfilled by arvind 😃
