And frankly what tanisha appeared like was the fact that she is not diplomatic, she can't be diplomatic and will always have problems with people who are diplomatic.

Diplomacy is a great thing and not necessarily a bad thing...but in real life too people who are not good at managing people hate diplomatic beings. And diplomatic ones find emotional fools exactly that - fools 😆
