yeh lo,ek aur case😆😆😆...but JAI HO is a part of our national anthem,koi bhi use kar sakta hai...nothing wrong in using that...I don't get it,why A.R.Rahman thinks he has the copyrights for JAI HO 😕😕😕

Lol, I thought one can trademark phrases. Atleast that's what we were informed by my organization's legal team when we wanted to trademark some terms used for a new system we were creating. And if ARR has trademarked Jai Ho as a phrase, then I don't think Sohail can use it. Need clarification. Any Marketing/Legal Folks here? Viks? Use all those hours spent in the Law Library and answer this. 😆

all they need to do is Add an extra O in the HO to evade this copyright😆

heights of BS.. now take each phrase from Tagore, Bankim Chandra and the likes.. throw it in some bolly or crossover movie and patent it.. wham.. its ALL YOURS..😆😆 by that logic he should patent vande mataram too.. coz he SUNG and COMPOSED that song😆😆.. hadh hain
