Actually SanjayDutt has been let off easily, got just 5 yrs...his driver faced 10 years in jail

Now if the judge was under so much pressure why didnt he award him 10 yrs too?
well...it's cause driver took most of the blame...this is what influential people do...they bribe, they'll ask others to take the blame

And a case that came to limelight, the molestation of a girl that took place 20+ years ago because of which the girl committed suicide, the molester SPS Rathore got just 6 months in jail
If media pressure did work, he wouldve got way more than that

Laloo Yadav was guilty ...everyone knows...plus ever since India got independent how many politicians went to jail?

All of this is just tip of the ice berg...plenty of politicians, sons of rich powerful men are moving freely even after committing heinous crimes

If media pressure could do wonders atleast 60-70% of them wouldve been in jail

Media just awares the people of what's happening...it cant influence cases or media coverage would've been banned

In USA it does not matter how big a celebrtity or politician you are, lots of celebs have been charged, found guilty and punished...there even the president can get tried easily...

Now when good things are happening in India, the country is moving forward, the law enforcement is getting better, you blame it on media pressure...whyy? just to defend your fav contestant on Bigg Boss? That's hilarious!

I wont be surprised if you'd say that the passing of Lokpal Bill is bad cause now more politicians would go to jail...and the convictions will be passed off as 'media pressure'

I was expecting this post from you.👏 I agree with you on each and every word you have used in your analysis.

This case has no merits to begin with. Unfortunately Kushal and Gauhar poisoned her and advised her to go to media and police. To me it is very weak case because:

1. They were doing a task in BB house. There was no need to wash that car. Sofia was footage hungry and brought that Mop with contaminated waster in the bucket.

2. Armaan was also looking for footage and thought that it was a good chance to register some footage thus decided to stop her from washing the car.

3. In this confrontation Armaan pulled the Mop stick from her hands and in this struggle she got hit by this Mop. She received a small bruise on her cheek.

4. Both Armaan and Sofia used foul language and greeted each other with ornamental words.

5. She demanded that BB should evict Armaan and threatened to leave the house voluntarily if Armaan is not evicted.

6. Kushal and Gauhar poured Kerosene in the fire and advised her to go to media and police.

7. Since Sofia is British citizen police, media and Law and order will take this matter seriously.

8. All these demonstrators are hired by Gau - kau PR team.

9.Police had to act fast because of new ant-eve teasing laws.

10. Had she not been evicted from BB house, it would have been fine with her. Khisiani Bille Khamba Nochee.😆

Since it happened during a show which is known to have fights on screen, thus the consequences willn't be that severe. Although everybody is abide by the law of land and must respect each other as civilized individuals.

Arman didn't bring the Mop or used anything else as a weapon thus this case is too weak. Sofia is looking for publicity and spot light. May be she is also for money (off the court settlement). Arman's family should not offer her any money in lieu of withdrawing the changes.

BB will also support Arman as it happened on their show thus it is their prestige issue also.
