I don't support people attacking women, but Sophia had clearly instigated all that week. She even pushed him several times, so by the time he lost his cool, he hit her on accident. I fail to see how this was hitting purposely?

Her statements say that she has strong evidence for every charge against him. We will have to wait to see what exactly she called as "sexual harassment".

The other thing is typically many charges get dropped or downgraded. So lawyers advice their clients to "up" every charge to ensure arrest as well as file multiple charges against one action hoping at least one sticks. It usually isn't misusing the law, but kind of how legal procedures go. Everyone starts at extremes knowing eventually it ends up in the middle ground.

I guess to a certain extent it is misuse because not everyone can file "sexual harassment".
