The other thing is typically many charges get dropped or downgraded. So lawyers advice their clients to "up" every charge to ensure arrest as well as file multiple charges against one action hoping at least one sticks. It usually isn't misusing the law, but kind of how legal procedures go. Everyone starts at extremes knowing eventually it ends up in the middle ground.
I guess to a certain extent it is misuse because not everyone can file "sexual harassment".

if evidence is full to support it will not be downgraded...these kind of muiltiple charges r misuse the law to make other person arrest at least...sophia says lots of thing she has no brainier person we have seen in enough shows as well as on bigboss that she is not the person who read situation well i,,,usko bolte kuch aur hai aur woh samajhti kuch aur hai ..she will be last person to be trusted if i go by bigboss show

I agree with you on this - 90% of the women who are thumping their chests over feminism and Sohpie vs. Armaan will jump with alacrity to trash other women as s**ts with disagreements over sex, marriage, adarsh naari, adarsh bahu stereotypes.

Can someone please clean up this forum with 100 unnecessary threads on the same bloody topic.its getting annoying.I am not saying Armaan was right but Sofia koi doodh ki dhuli nahi hai..worst thread ever-comparing the innocent angel Nirbhaya to Sofia..please it's an insult to Nirbhaya.

If it's another debate with no Tanisha, Armaan, Gauhar, Kushal...no groups, you'll find just 4 on this side and all the likes and support for the ones they're hating on right now. Forum hypocrisy.

I remember anoher member's sister got trashed on the forums by some fools just because they were in a disagreement with that member over a similar issue. Sometimes I doubt what all these so-called morally-correct people do in their private lives... I mean atleast hum log jo karte hain, bolkar karte hain without regrets... atleast we don't pretend to be perfect examples of morality. 😕
