If action is going to be taken than the Indian Police are going to be going down a very slippery slope as it will set a precedent for future happenings

Also if Andy were to leave and file against Kushal than their hands would be tied and would have to take action against him also as there was intent in that case

The authorities need to be careful in this case as this could open up a can of worms
