I hope he doesnt come back coz some sources say he will be questioned and then sent back coz he cannot be taken out mid way as per the contract of bb

is this true if it is i will be disappointed

This can happen but court ka maamla takes 3-4 days time.

While possible nothing to do with contract on him being out per law. This is criminal law. Bb contract doesn't supersede that.
