Does Armaan live in Chembur area of Mumbai ? RK Kohli lives there as per Wiki. That's where I'm from too.

just bcz he is not successful in movies does not mean he has no money

old actors , director etc be it dara singh or Raj kumar kohli ... they were good in investment ... they earned money when they were on their peak and invested in right place for their kids ... even though they cldn't make it in bollywood they have a regular flow of income

donnu much abt kohlis but dara singh family owns some parts of famous film studios and many other properties ...

a bit of both just like every other part of mumbai tbh

a lot of bollywood stars used to live in chembur at one point, rk studios is still located there but then they slowly moved out to bandra/andheri.

Im sure he lives in a classy area full of classy people but according to this report below he lives in Juhu Tara rd, quite an interesting article so many similarities between Salmaan and HIM, both MCP, both women beaters and now this. 😲
