They're not jealous or insecure of Elli, they just think she's being used as a pawn. Gauhar still seems to like her a lot but is disappointed. Tanisha is influencing Elli for sure but Gauhar needs to realize that Elli isn't so innocent either... she just goes to the side that's stronger to secure herself.
People that think Gauhar is insecure of Elli have it all wrong.
