I guess it's illegal or a crime if gauhar even talks.

Why Gauhar said to wash hands after touching the dog was because it is considered Najis (ritually unclean) in Islam & it is necessary to wash one's hand after touching it.

Come on dear ... it is hygenic to wash hands before eating ans here she was talking about washing hand before eating as dog is there .. I dont think so it was rude it was her concern for others as no matter how much they keep heaven clean after all he is an animal ...otherwise this may cause health problems for inmates she was quite true ..
