I like Asif. Nice, amiable bloke, but he is stuck amongst a bunch where he does not belong and is unlikely to make any inroads.

Even if he remains there for long, there would be conflicts, mainly because of his lack of command over Hindi and inability to express himself correctly, which in any case is an unfortunate situation to be in.

If one is purely looking at conflicts angle, yes...he is likely to provide more conflicts than Ratan perhaps.

But I do not really like the idea of conflicts which result because of someone's inability to express oneself correctly. May be its best for him if he goes out now.😕

To better understand his predicament, imagine a person from sub-continent, who moves to US and is heckled by a bunch of American colleagues who are heavily into slangs and mock his English non stop!
