Debate is debate, outsider, insider, man, woman, everyone is allowed to express their opinions. If someone is ready to accept the so called popular's opinions while not yours considering you both are mentioning the same thing, I say the debate fails right there because of the obvious bias. I don't give two hoots of who is popular and who is not, end of the day we are all faceless beings on the virtual platform. I have seen him last season and this season and going by the history, debating with him on this issue is the lost cause. Thus, I didn't even bother, while I did bother to exchange few replies with you. So please don't give me that argument of being an outsider since you are using it on the wrong person here.

@Bold: Can I say that is your conditioned response when a woman disagrees with your so called "logical opinion" 😆 Whether you have the typical sick Indian man mentality, only you are the judge of that. When I don't see the common ground of debate, it's better for me to end it than waste our time and energy on it. Thus, it was futile to continue.

Anyways, Mr.outsider, hope you have fun on the forum and next time we tumble our ways, I won't have to hear the argument of being an outsider 😆

I thought you wanted to end this point-less discussion..😉

Despite my clarification, you still insist that I said popular members have a leverage over "outsiders". Though I don't need a validation, his view about the incident was still a sort of validation of my opinion, since I consider him to be the most intelligent member of the forum. Now, popularity of a member may not be a leverage point in debates as you rightly point out, but surely intelligence is. But you keep ignoring what I mentioned first "(the most intelligent guy on the forum)" and focus on my second statement which mentioned his popularity. Cherry picking?

My "logical opinion"?? I never claimed that my opinion was logical or that my arguments are superior because they are logical. Just go through last few pages once again..It was you who began with "You are talking about logical arguments" . So maybe, you subconsciously feel that my arguments are logical, but your emotional brain keeps trumping your logical brain.😆 The only reason, I used the phrase "logical opinion" was because you insisted that I was talking about logical arguments. Even here, I wrote the disclaimer "even if it was..."

And btw, an individual's independent response based on his own reasoning is not considered as a conditional response. A "conditioned response" is a response generated due to societal conditioning..a sort of a learned response to a situation that might otherwise be neutral. For e.g. the violence vs sex debate. Everyone would agree that sex is preferable to violence, yet most orthodox societies (and even some liberal societies) react to sex or nudity with hostility while accept brutal violence nonchalantly. In US, a nipple slip on TV can cause national outrage even amongst adults, while gratuitous violence is considered as children's entertainment.

Another example of conditioned response is how women in India have become super-sensitive about the word 'rape' after the delhi bus rape incident..even to the extent that many of them now find 3 idiots 'balatkaar' speech offensive. Yet, there is total absence of sensitivity to torture and murder which are more horrific forms of violence (for both men and women). So phrases like "I'll kill you" or "main tumhari boti boti kar doonga"..or "main tumhare shareer ke sau tukde kar ke kutton ko khilaoonga" are thrown around carelessly. People don't feel offended, as no one takes these phrases literally since they haven't been conditioned to.. but even an innocent use of the word "rape" in a joke results in protests by women.

There is something like 'self respect'. Elli is a little dumb & that's the reason people make fun of her, that's completely okay upto a certain level. Everything should be in limits and this Pervert Guy didnt had Good intentions, his expressions were way to vulgar. Hating him & supporting Elli 👍🏼

Now, what would you say about Hazel? 😆

Armaan- he's very funny, he used to steal Mr froggy from Elli and he's very inspiring...I support Armaan! He was very fair in what he said. He stood up for all of us. We were starving and still did the task for their showers and still they didnt want to cook for us. Armaan stood up and said that we deserved decent food. So he had a point...What is shown is not what always happens. Like Armaan is always shown yelling. He's one of the funnest people in the house as he dances, sings, laughs. Similarly, I had a lot of fun, and danced on the table and everything, but it wasnt shown...Armaan in the episodes has been portrayed as yelling and fighting. Most of the times he's laughing and doing masti and getting us water and he's very nice. He stood up for us when Jannat people didnt give us food and he cares a lot

that she too is dumb for supporting Armaan? that her perception, based on living with him 24/7 for several days, is wrong and that your perception, based on a couple of remarks made in jest, is correct?😛

Hazel was out before the Elilie issue. Before the Ellie issue, Armaan was not criticized this much. Hazel's view is only based on what she saw in the house. Not what happened after that.

What bullshit!! 😡

When Ellie was crying and locked herself with Gauhar in bathroom, Hazel was shown outside the bathroom. As they came out, she asked ellie - why she didn't say anything on his face.

Instead of accepting that your perception of the incident was wrong, you are still trying to justify your faulty perception..😆

I dunno.. that's what I thought.. maybe I will watch the episode again.. I think Hazel left that day only.. so she was least affected by it..
Why should I accept that my perception is wrong? Who is Hazel to change my perception? I saw what I saw and I have made my judgement about it. I saw both LF n the aired episode. To me, Arman is a misogynist, MCP and a pervert. That's about it.

EDIT: For me, whoever supported Armaan is also wrong. Namely Prat. I dunno if Hazel supported him over that particular issue or not. Because she didn't choose to talk about it. She chose to talk about all the things that happened before that. When person is not even mentioning that incident, then how can my judgement be influenced by her. If she spoke about the issue or clarified it, then I would have given thought to it.

You are free to think that everyone in the house who is friendly with Armaan and knows him far better than us, is dumb and that only you, who watches edited 1-hour capsules of the show, is right and intelligent. I don't want to change your perception..My reply was addressed to Arsha_Kriyansh who was being very self-righteous and contemptuous of those who didn't agree with him, not to you.
