I think Rish did not like Nora initially seeing her as just a silly floozy whose game plan was to flirt with one of the guys and go ahead in the game. But I think after Nora did extremely well in the physical kind of tasks he sort of changed his mind about her and started appreciating her a bit. I think Rish is sort of developing a soft corner for her. And if Rish goes openly showing his interest Nora is sure to dump Prince and go for Rish as she had in any case liked Rish in the first place.

Rish is so cute with all girls he flirts with so even though I dont like Nora will like to see thier cute flirting instead of Prince's aggressive yucky kisses and lame attempts at trying to look romantic.
