It was Salman who commented abt pathar pe pathar and Mandy laughed. Kish makes no pretense of hiding her dislike for Mandy and at least she behaves with her the same way, whether audience or Salman r around or not.

Mandy had a different way of dealing with ppl laughing at her and Kish has a different way, especially when it comes to Mandy. Neither is right or wrong. Just 2 different personalities.
