That going around new people coming from outside - everyone does it. specially he is a wild card himself and everyone else is in friendships or boyfriend-girlfriend relationships. so it is understandable that he is trying to find friendship.

Coming to the tasks that he recently lost:
1) car task - what is the use of winning? No one is going out this week. voting lines are closed. Priya earned immunity and that got wasted.

2) rope task - good that he dropped out early. I don't think he wanted to drop out of the task, but maybe he did. who knows. No one completed the task. it is an impossible task. He is smart if he dropped out purposely out of the task.

In both tasks he displayed epic stupidity and over-confidence. And in RETROSPECT, he is being called "smart". 😆🤔

How did he or the viewers KNOW BEFOREHAND that the immunity will really not be important or that no one will be able to complete the rope task? These tasks are not about the end...but a MEANS to the end..and through these tasks...the contestants display their mental and physical strength.

Car task: the stuff that he did with keeping his foot out while explaining to Mandana...that competes with Prince's 30lakh-nope-3-lakh moment in being the stupidest moment of the season. 🤔

Rope task: what is good about him dropping out early? He is just cementing his place as a person who just talks a lot but is far behind the likes of Kishwer/Rochelle/Prince in displaying his mettle as far as resilience and drive to do tasks is concerned.

I don't like Kishwer but I have a lot of respect for her because of how she does tasks...and it is that quality/drive of hers which anyone who doesn't like her will also acknowledge.

Does Rishabh really want to be relegated to the joker and bol bachchan category all season?

Whether he purposely lost or not, it turned out for the better.
