In season 3 , BB offered Baktiyaar to leave the show by taking money(maybe 10 lakhs), if he was insecure about his victory. He took the money and left.

In season 9, BB offers the HM's to leave the show if they wish. But the only difference is that no money is offered.

My question is if it was not a breach of contract in season 3, then how will it be now?

no she is unprofessional because she doesn't participate, there have been many housemates who have managed to do the tasks without being rude or abusive..i can name tonnes..so quite the excuses rimi fans lol
