That's no backstabbing, pritam wanted to be captain, it was specially told by urvashi to take captaincy seriously. Plus that time gauty and puneet had intensions like we teach a lesson to bedroom gang get them out of comfort zone, they were obsessive with Kari, pritam and praneet dint like bitching and that attitude of teaching people lesson... They thought they will make pritam caption since he had good equation with all. That was their opinion

Friends are not slaves, one has individual opinion... Has the right to follow it.

Pritam could blame gauty for not taking a stand for him hijack task but pritam gives support, doesn't blame people. He doesn't make other people feel guilty. Gautam is person who isolates himself, never moves ahead, it's difficult to stay with such people where at every point you need to prove.
