If you remember there was some khabri article something where they said that all the HMs were angry at Gullu for being nitty-picky in the kitchen...apparently, Gullu was making other lives difficult ordering them to hand over things like oil, salt etc...

people tolerated the same behavior from Puneet because he was elderly and made food for others frequently... but gullu, instead of doing his kitchen duties properly was irritating other by ordering them to do small small things which he shd have done himself!

I was expecting this to get edited in the main episode and BB team didn't disappoint me ! 😛
