We all know how popular he is. BB has even decided to add a most popular award just to acknowledge his popularity in the show.

Gautam is undoubtedly the most popular person in the history of big boss...is this one of the reasons they decided to extend the show? It is obvious that his fans will watch the show til he is around and also vote for him when he is nominated.

From where I see it, big boss is cashing on his popularity and I strongly feel this is why they even decided to extend the show,

it is possible that this most popular award is some sort of consolation prize and the real winner will be someone else (not based on votes). it's indian endemol show, so poochne wala koi nahi hai

yeah possibly that is why they especially created the most popular award for him but it just goes to show how popular he is that they had to do that ...they never did that in any other season... how will it justifiable if the most popular person does not win the show?

he is getting his pay but bb is getting more from his popularity... thousands of people watch cls of him n vote him like crazy when he is nominated. BB is making more money from his popularity than what he is making from Bigg bossz popularity... why else do you think this is the first seaon they had to introduce most popular award...

No. Extension is because Ashoka and India's got talent aren't ready to air yet so they had to keep BB8 running until January 31st.

2) Gautam

after salman's exit 70% audience r watching this nonsense (hallabol)

for Gautam only including me 😡

I thought khatron ke khidladi replaces big boss? Here the promos are being aired for katron ke khiladi...

I agree... now that Salman isn't around, most people are only watching for gg...the day he goes, trp will hit close to zero probably.
