what could possibly be in a smoking room? I can only think of a mains charger for their cigarette lighter. my guess is it is some USB charger for a flameless lighter, and that is the mains attachment for the same - something like this > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSs0gDwjL1U

That charger thing could be some battery charger for the electronic devices they use, electronic shavers and all.

unfortunately, whatever that thing is, is in karishma's hand so its for sure MOBILE. IF THE same thing was in Gautam Gulati's hand, then it would be Cigs Pack, AND Gautam looked CUTE with it. AWWW 😆
