General rule is that the bigg boss contestants should not have access to books, cell phones, pen, clock, computer, etc.
They should be punished if they are using any code language to communicate as well.

What this ensures is that the housemates generally try to talk to same contestants that they fought with or dont get along with, because they have no where to go or nothing else to do.
But if they are provided all these books and pens then they can keep themselves busy till they are evicted.
This is the most ridiculous season where Bigg boss team is the one breaking the rules.
Too much out side feedback is also defeats the purpose of the game.
