A man who is singularly disliked by everyone except the two nastiest and most negative people in the house is considered a 'hero'. And everyone else is a loser and branded 'jealous' and perceived as hating him.

It is a very simple thing - Gulati is an immensely disliked person because he has severe attitude issues. He DOES NOT get along with anyone. That doesn't mean ppl are 'jealous' or 'insecure' of him. What's there to be jealous of?
