Under Puneet's influence, yes he is and not sometimes, all the time. He might not be evil in reality but he is depicting/reflecting Evil Punz's evilness through his actions

Yeah but half of his negativity is forwarded to him by papa ji ..thats the department where he needs to wake up..Whenever he is in good mood ..he entertain us..sing..dance and is the best guy in there...I dnt remember a scenario where upen karishma or diandra entertained me ..forget entertainment i have always seen only not so good side of them.. ..gautam have flaws like all of us..people needs to cut him some slack
