He cried coz he thot p2 will blindly support him. He takes his aid for granted, and dont take their advices, plus he wants dedication fromm them, but he himself dont give little bit importance to their feedbacks, concerns. Baat baat me he says mujhse baat mat karna, aap mere dost nahi. others are not on his mercy he should learn this. He is running behind captaincy but he lacks a big trait that is empathy.
