Sinchan, But salman and others gave them msgs that they are unbiased and have guts to take stand against wrong. Remember how they all raised voice against everyone that now show me who will take stand for this girl sonali. They were very happy to get nod from salman fro this. They said Ali in oath that he will take stand for wrong. Does wrong means wrong against P3g only?

So in other words they will speak when it will be against P3g.

One fight was against Karishma, whole housemates were together then.
Second, when whole bedroom gang tried to gang up Gautam, Preetam stood then.
Third Sonali Issue, so P3G raise their voice. coz she was their gang mate and it was against them.
Fourth Puneet pushed Gautam, Gautam was silent coz puneet was his own gang mate.

Now when Arya was manhandelled P3G are silent.It shows they speak only when it comes to them. otherwise they are also silent. In sonali vs diandra they were laughing and here P3G were also justifing their actions. Sonali was P3G gang member, here Arya was opposite team mate.
So my point is, both are same , change colors and good for their own issues only.

Plus, Dont forgot Diandra got harsh punishment compared to Puneet, who was only banned for becoming captain.

This was second chance for Puneet. So Diandra case and Puneet care are two different things.

If you see something violent happening infront of your eyes and find that it's wrong, you raise your voice for it. The thing is, in a house like BB you can't believe what everyone says unless you see it happening infront of your eyes (Sonali Di issue) because just like two sides of a coin there are two stories.
