But to answer your question yes there is no issues with guys roaming around shirtless. If you live with your family in a big house with a swimming pool you are bound to see them half naked. It is absolutely fine specially for guys. In here every single person roams around half naked on beaches/around pools regardless of whether their family is present or not.

It is not like Guatam has any real sisters in the house and even if he did there would be no issues in doing what he is doing. Sure it is the BB house but don't forget that it is a TV show for entertainment purposes and not a real house with brothers and sisters living together to pray all day long and be perfect role models.
