This was made clear in the episode itself. Munawar said they had a very ‘break up, patch up’ kinda relationship. If he was going to other girls, I am sure she must be doing the same and that’s why they patched up. Khair, as I said, it is very common in the outside world and none of our concern. Munawar and Nazila are free to do whatever they want to as long as there is consent involved.

Having said that, I am finding it hard to support Munawar after all this + his behaviour inside the house. I guess this was the nail in the coffin and I am happy to move to Aish/Neil.
