What is palothan?

Yeah what does that mean? Why did ninrit and shiv kept saying to Archana make rotis and palothan on the side ... I have never heard that word before so just confused ...

Haha, just heard it in the epi and looked it up. So glad I am not the only one. :P Just figured, it’s the dry atta we use to toss the atte ki loyi in when we roll rotis.
