It's the same story, they don't want their 'group' to break coz they have the numbers. Isilye confront nahi karte. Just like everyone and their dog knew that Abdu had spoken those words about Tina but she couldn't say it out loud.

Early in the game when Gautam wanted to tell Sumbul about the stuff Tina-Shalin said about her, Nimmo had stopped him citing the same reason. Group toot jayega. This was before Papaji wala episode.
