That's inside the house. Outside she will not hold mostly. I have seen previous seasons too none of the contestants hold grudges outside.

Simba doesn't hate Teja. He only saw her inside the house and assumed that she was faking. Now he gets the chance to see that inside the house/outside the house she is the same.

And by the time he left the house Teja and Karan were not quite official, so when he was asked about them, he said what he believed at that time: that the relationship is game oriented. After he left, he never watched BB, so he had no idea how the relationship evolved. Simba always says whatever crosses his mind, no need to pay so much attention to what he said at some point of time, because opinions change once one gets more information.

And yes, Simba and Teja are the leads, they confirmed it last night when Teja post an IS of her, Simba and Karan discussing the show.

I've watched Shakti, Simba is not a guy to open up and joke around with any co-star just to promote his show. And last night, he was all goofy and joking with Teja and Karan, he is definitely enthusiastic to act with her. Maybe for other people it is hard to believe, but those who fallowed Teja for years know how much all of her co-star, boys or girls, ended up being very found of her.

Simba admitted on bb15 that he sent message to Teja on social media but she never responded. She is not active on social media while working. They were cordial in bb house even when they had disagreement.
