Well anything against pratik is justified... While no one cared for Jay ever, the indifference is now turned into overwhelming support for having done nothing that is uncommon 🤔 So since "everyone" does it (as per salman), so it is justified 👎🏼 And specially so if it is hurled at pratik.

No that wasn't meant for you and in fact compared to Pratik you appear to be more put together as you said it won't matter to you - that's exactly how it should be. Thank you for proving my point, I appreciate it.

Pratik for me is persona non grata so if someone wants to abuse him I literally give a D***M about it.

Abuses are beeped out in the episodes so it's all he said she said and whoever you want to believe.

If it wasn't maa ki gali then Jay and others should directly confront Pratik on why he's making a big deal when nothing was said about his mother.

I'm not a blind Pratik fan to defend where he's wrong. But Jay is no saint. Yes it won't effect me like Pratik but it ain't necessary that everyone should be like me.

Well I guess if bad words are beeped than Pratik mum didn’t hear anything - ergo nothing is that serious.

Let’s hope that happens until Pratik goes and cries more. I doubt anyone wants to talk to him apart from Kundra and Karan is a smart player he knows what triggers Pratik too.

I have not once said that Jay is a saint and frankly I think he should treat Pratik like a mad dog barking at everyone he sees but that’s not happening. No everyone cannot be like anyone else I agree and that’s why everyone doesn’t think saying a bad word is serious.

'gali' used in anger is meant to hurt someone like body shaming or age shaming... then why body/age shaming are considered so bad , they are also a word, person shouldn't be bother about it.... there are terms like mental harrasment that means no body is harming physically but only with words.....

N the gaali on mother, sister n daughter in anger is actually given to that person+his mother/sister/daughter whether people accept it or not doesn't matter.... Coz it is same like earlier in wars, the male who used to win the battle used to rape the mother/sister/ daughter to shame the male of the house, .... N now with time, mysogynist just change that physical abuse with words... People need to stop bringing someone mother/daughter/sister in their fight intentionally or unintentionally n atleast stop justifying it that it's not a bad word

If you say MC to someone, it means he's fucking his mother. Now people would say why take it literally? I'll say why not? If it ain't supposed to be literal, then what is it supposed to mean? Why should a woman get insulted for something her son did? It is supposed to be literal because its meant to hurt a person where it hurts the most by going after their family.

Normalizing or trivializing it shows how normal misogyny has became in our society. Is there a gaali equivalent to men, fathers or brothers? Of course not!

I think there is a slight difference. While I have not made up my mind completely on the situation, I am only trying to bring a neutral point of view.

I personally hate name calling, and maa behen ki gaali. However, something that has been brought to light is that gaalis are not against the rule. Whether their moral standing is right or wrong is not being disputed it is about BB rule book. Which is a fair point.

Getting physical is a violation of the rules gaalis are not. Moreover, i don't think anyone is trying to justify a gaali. It is a fight, things are said. Gaali was insensitive, yet not against the rules.

While I am sad to hear about the trauma, I am able to sympathise as to why this is such a trigger for him. Yet he has to become stronger. The bb house will present people like Jay. Pratik too pokes other people and pushes their buttons. It is a part of the game unfortunately.

She didn't hear the actual gaali which means she can't take offense? Gaalis are only beeped out in the episodes, not in the live feed. What if this was shown in live feed? How could Jay tell what is shown in the episodes or in live feed? That's why it's better not to go after someone's mother or sister at all

Yes, everyone can't be the same and have the same opinion. Therefore everyone doesn't think that giving gaalis is okay either.

Huh? Mummy should stop watching then as her bub is being a nuisance. Jay obviously doesn’t care what is shown but there was no gaali to mum it’s been said by many in the post so it’s irrelevant.

Correct - that’s fine but then they themselves should never swear. If you swear and then are being sworn at - all good. Pratik can dish it then he better learn to take it.

You're still not getting it. Why should mummy get abused for whatever her bub is doing? It's the contestants who are saying it which is being repeated by posters here. So it's all about who you want to believe.

Even if Jay didn't say it this time, he has said it previously so it's not irrelevant.

Pratik didn't swear to Jay or his mum. He didn't dish out to Jay. So he ain't supposed to take shit from him.

Because unlike you I don’t care why aren’t you getting it. Pratik or his mum are absolutely nobody to me and it wasn’t any abuse as far as I am concerned!!!!!

Pratik swore a lot in OTT it’s his time to put up now and stupid boy can’t then he can slap himself more I don’t care. He can do all that more and I still don’t care and he can be swore at or his mum I don’t care. Got it now!!!!
