Eviction by Freshers

So, according to the new promo. This week eviction is based on the decision of Freshers. They'll decide who is going to be evicted. Last week it was Seniors , this week Freshers. Then what is the purpose of voting ? Atleast BB should make people believe voting matters by kicking out contestants like previous seasons.
