watching after a long time

The only season I really watched and followed of BB all the way through was with Gauhar.. which i thoroughly enjoyed that season.

This season I wanted to watch because of Jasmin, Rubina & Avinash, and Eijaz.. I have followed their work on TV and love them all..

Anyway, I just wanted to comment about a few things.. thoughts that are going on in my head about all the contestants and i felt like here why not post them on IF.. for you know controversy *jk.... well. i mean it is BB so controversy will happen if I post my opinion so its expected HA*

I feel like whenever I watch big boss it literally ruins the image i have in my head about that person from what we see on telly and interviews.. which isnt necessarily a bad thing because it is a reality show and you do get to see the reality of these stars that we tend to put on a pedestal from their TV work..

Jasmin - LOVEEE this girl from Tashan.. she rocked that show. and based on her interviews and everything she seems super cool, quirky, down to earth.. AND SHE is still that! that image hasnt changed but the fact that she keeps cribbing and expecting people to be civil with her.. yes its human decency but reality is.. NOT everyone is decent. People are genuinely shitty people and the fact that that bubble bursts for her in this show is kind of sad and unfortunate that this is how she learns that reality. Another thing that slightly annoys me is the galli maat deh comment. Chill out chickadee. Dont moral police people. if they want to hurl nasties then so be it. What she needs to do is focus on strenghtening her own self, her own morale and learn to deal with the unfortunate reality that people suck. **edit** -- my point is also.. jasmin its OKAY that people suck.. that is the reaity of the world. we cannot change everyone to our liking.. but focus on WINNING. you have it in you. I see that you have it in you and you can probably go PRETTY far in this competition if you use your fight correctly and stop trying to be nice or expect others to be nice. its a competition not a picnic.*

Nikki - dear God. I pray outside of BB she is a little bit more civil. This is her reality so be it. But damn this girl is immature. My youngest nephews that are old enough to socialize are about 4/5 and they have more consideration than this girl. Everything about her IRRITATES the hell out of me. HOWEVER, damn this girl is PERFECT for this show. She really trained herself to be a controversy queen because she is SMART and nows that to "play" BB, you have to be a downright a**wipe. Whatever she is and whoever she is.. so be it. She is authentic in that which I respect. (Dont get me wrong, I dont like it, if i ever met a girl like that in my real life I would actually probably go ham on her) but I respect her. Because, at the end of the day she is who she is. very unapologetic. She doesnt play games or say one thing and do another. And, any game that has come she does what she needs to do to WIN and is well aware of how to skirt the rules to do that. Yes at the end of the audience is voting and she is presenting a pretty bad image of the person she is (as far as niceness and considerations goes) .. but she is also presenting a fearless fighter.. and if she continues to do her part and stay committed to winning the competitions than she can essentially skirt being in the eviction rounds for as long as she can.

Rubina - Rubina in my head was this civil, moral, genune, good person.. she still 100% is in my head. That hasnt changed. she is and will always be CHoti Bahu for me. (LOL).. HOWEVER, i actually AM confused by her. i dont hate her, i dont like her.. I think she tries so hard to prove a point but somewhere I feel like she gets to carried away in proving her points that it comes off a little unclear. And FAIR point to her though that she tries to find the loopholes because at the end, BB is about the loopholes thats how you win games most of the time. So i give her kudos for that but i do feel like she needs to reel it back in sometimes of her "points".. her points never come out clear enough..

Sidhart - i know he isnt a contestant but GOD DAMN HE ANNOYS ME SO MUCH. all he does is yell. God I pray he never has to get his voicebox repaired. I respect that he tries to be a fair and biased judge even though he 100% isnt. *cough, nikki, cough* The only thing he is about is stirring the pot. He doesnt give a shit about anyone which at least he is honest about but my goodness he is possibly the biggest dramaqueen on this show.

Nishant - I really liked you in Ram Milaye Jodi -- NOT MJHT because lets be honest.. when you get in the way of MaYur.. no ones gonna like you... anyways shows aside I kind of feel like he came into this show to be relevant again *sorry if thats harsh.. some people will probably feel differently * I just dont now where he went in all these years and now he is in big boss.. I have NOTHING against him. He is playing fine. he is aggressive when he needs to be and calms down when he needs to be. I wont be disappointed if he makes it further..He is in my TOP contenders list for sure.

Pavitra -- YAS GIRL. If im rooting for anyone in this house its Pavitra. The reason why is because she is HONEST. she is who she is no doubts about that. she is somewhere in the middle between a Nikki and a Jasmine.. Jasmine is a little to passive for me and Nikki is way to aggressive. Pavitra is smart she plays how she needs to play and knows the cards to unfold at what time. she puts her 100% into each competition and I jsut feel like asa BB contestant she stands out, in my POV.

Everyone else dont have much of an opinion on because well.. they havent said or done anything to deserve an opinion.

Shehzad - grow a pair and stop whining.

Rahul V - i pray for whomever you end up marrying

Eijaz -- honestly I love you as an actor.. i think you are a genuine person but somewhere i feel you are lost in this competition.

Jaan - dude needs to stop satisfying others. You arent there to make friends.. id hope you have some in your personal life. he reminds me a little of a high school kid trying to fit in and so will say or do anything to get into the "it" crowd.. easily influenced.

avinash -.. meh.. i feel like you are like eijaz..lost in this competition. super gunuine person and love you as an actor but i feel like your time is spent on "doing the right thing".. stop trying to change people or change others to meet how you want them to be. Focus on winning.

I just wanted to say this about Nishant since you mentioned you didn't know where he was & you feel he wants to make himself relevant again. Please no offence meant but haan hash laga toh bol rahe hai...

Well he had quit RMJ at the show's peak for bw. He did some movies, some of which released n flop others still shelved & couldn't release. He admits he made a mistake there but he learned a lot.

He made a comeback to Tv 2 years back in Sep 2018 with Zee tv show Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega. And again gained back his peak & can be said this time higher than last. (this doesn't happen often for actors making a comeback) The show was a hit & giving stiff competition to Colors's flagship Shakti & Kzk2 in the slot by being the slot leader from Oct 2018 - Jan 2019 & then again from July 2019 - Oct 2019. Out of 3 shows in the same 8 pm slot, Gtnhp till Nov 2019 was either 1st or 2nd never last.

During lockdown i.e. 2nd week of April fans got to know about changes in story, introduction of a generation leap & his exit from the show. It was clear that he was not quitting nor does he intends to quit, he had confirmed that but the writers have to kill his character & he has leave. Fans & audiences didn't accept this as the character is too much loved & there was lot of scope in the story to cover + it was claer Nish doesn't want to quit or leave he show on his own but makers for reasons best known to them were adamant to do new experiment. So fans started a full-on all day night social media protest that was highly efficient from April 2nd week till 1st Oct.

The insta feed of zeetv, ph & every media house was flooded always with #NoNishantNoGtnhp posters. Yes unlike protest done by many famous fandoms & for better known shows. This protest didn't get much coverage in media but unlike those this protest did made a successful impact. Channel & Ph had to sit & rethink & did extend Nish's stay for 2 more months.

And yet the protest didn't cool down.

Then 2-3 days before 1st Oct, Zee tv had to make a video with Nish himself saying all the fans to support the show.

Generation leap with replacement of one lead is nothing new in Itv & so are the protests but I really don't know if I saw any channel doing this as making video with former lead to gather support for the show 1 month after officially shooting his last & stating he is no longer part of the show & is completely out of the contract bind.

Sorry for boring you with 7 month history. Just wanted to say Nish isn't that much irrelevant ( as someone who is part of the protest, harsh laga)

Like Sid did so much violence it’s unimaginable and he was a huge misogynist yet the channel ignored all the criticisms he got, blatantly favored and promoted him and made him win lol

Like you know how much they favored Tanisha right? Well they favored Sid a 100 times more and created a Kabir Singh type image for Sid and ensured he won 😂😂
