Can't BB be sued????

Ok so COTW exposed how she was forced to ask the negative question to Asim, when she actually wanted that question to be asked to Sid. Actually it made perfect sense to ask that question to Sid.

I guess all the contracts signed by contestants before doing BB r tight and fullproof n must be having a clause that says they cannot sue BB for anything that happens to them in BB. So BB literally gets away with everything. But can't audience sue BB for being unethical or can't a formal complaint be submitted to whichever body that monitors TV shows???

It would serve the makers right if they were sued and / or some stringent action taken against the show. I know it's too much to expect anyways, but kash aisa ho sakta.

If channel wants to ask a question from Asim , they will choose such a caller or will call themselves . They don’t need to force anyone

It's not so easy to sue anyone. We need very solid proofs.... Random person talks cannot be considered as strong proof. We donot know how much truth that person is saying.. so nope and channel will be very careful with such legal things. They will do whatever maybe with in the limit of law.

BB wants to continue the farce of not being baised. Especially now they r working overtime regarding this, as not only the fans, but most neutral viewers as well as many celebs have called out the bais.

Also the COTW narrated the whole incident soon after the call happened, so it lends credence that this incident really happened as later the BB sources gave the spoiler about the COTW n also in episode same was shown. So it is a logical conclusion that this unfairness occurred.

As for BB bringing an Asim fan is concerned. No she wasn't an Asim fan, but a Sana fan, so BB trying to show their impartiality chose a Sana fan, as they r trying to get rid of the unfair tag n couldn't have brought another Shukla fan as COTW.

sue for what? Forcing the caller to change the subject of the call, for imposing "manufactured calls " on viewers, for not allowing the caller to ask all questions, for not replying satisfactorily to the caller....

And that can be said about everything and everyone. At the end of the day, it's what you want to believe, isn't it?

Also the sole reason I give this whole COTW incident credence is coz she narrated the incident hours before the BB khabris did (which logically could be possible coz she really was the caller). Also what sense does it make for her to say that she wanted the question to be asked to shukla, but was forced to ask Asim, if that wasn't the case? The rest is like I said, upto individuals to believe what they wish to.

How can that be said about everything and everyone?! Khabri’s yes, but what does everything and everyone mean? Solid facts with real evidence can’t be compared to shady videos like these.

All the people present at the shoot know about the call question. Anyone can create a chat about it. Even the identities of the people in this chat aren’t revealed.

Also why force this caller to ask a separate question? They could just plant a fake caller or select any other shukla fan as a caller to question Asim. It doesn’t make much sense IMO.

Yes I agree that the HMs have likely signed a contract in which they’ve said they won’t sue BB

Unfortunate because all the threats made on national TV are worthy of being sued

Either the show should not be called reality TV or the contestants should not be allowed to threaten like gunda Shukla’s ‘baahar aa ke mil’
