I'm currently studying in the field and never heard of general surgeon atleast here..Must specialize.. Maybe in other places like India it's a thing. Who knows?! There are general physician or practitioners. Anyways, I'm not saying if he is a MD or not. He seems to have quite a bit of time in hand spending it doing interviews, Twitter, Insta, etc. He is the most ACTIVE family member outside the house who has done the MOST interviews and promotion of his brother. Next is Mahira' s mother. But otherwise, Umar tries to explain every single thing Asim does. Lol. He is also getting his 2 minutes of fame through Asim. After Bigg Boss ends, people move onto the next season. So jo hai, Abhi fayda utha raha hai.
