Confused with Sana's thought process

I'm really confused about her thought process. I mean Sid is not talking to her, moreover treating her like shit. He has even started talking behind her back, not that he never did that before but it's more open now. He is now even accusing her in front of Salman for something she said in a light mood and not seriously but she still keeps going after him. Kaisi ladki h yeh? Isme koi self respect hi nahi h. I don't understand what goes inside her mind.
