5-Week Extension: Momentum and Fatigue - Page 2

It really is exhausting for contestants as well as audience..some things are good only for a short period of time and so is bb..all of them have crossed more than half of the journey and they were settling in the game but now they have to start all over again..so many wildcards and then very few elimination,and most of them brought back,what was the point of first finale,only one contestant was actually evicted and now even she is coming back..it means no one was evicted in first finale..so much for the first finale..it feels as if we are back to square one..

Not at all interested in this extension. Neither is it good for the viewers not the contestants.This decision has taken away the charm from the show.

I am already feeling exhausted..feel like taking a break for atleast one month from the show..and when i will come back..show will still be there where i would leave it.🥱

Next month housemates will be told at midnight that season 13 will keep going all year and merge with season 14 as well new housemates will be added in the 10th padhao of the show 😆

Every week someone will get kicked out, go on a few weeks' vacation and return to the house with new clothes and new information from outside

😆 I am thinking about taking 2-3 weeks off as well. I'm sure not only will the show still be the same, but none of the contestants I like will be evicted either hahh

With this extension theme , I hope they will bring some twists & turns rather than making it so predictable and revolving around Sid.

Asim is a true winning material but channel is deliberately trying to suppress his potential and only bringing the issues where Sid is involved.

I hope this extension will make the game unbiased and fair !!

The more I think about it, the more I am feeling less positive about the extension. Mainly for two reasons:

1. The show was at a certain momentum, and one by one as people got evicted, the finish line seemed closer. With either Mahira or Paras going this week, that would REALLY put whoever stays on a do-or-die game flipping circumstance. Plus, Rashmi has been teasing an Asim partnership. Asim just delivered a rousing 'Common Man' wala speech. Paras/the women issue seemed to be getting deeper and more personal. Shukla's behavior continued to get worse and worse, with the 2 major examples this week being the Aarti insensitivity and the Pasta meltdown. Pura momentum agayathah show mein. Seemed like we are getting somewhere. Now that we know the finale is literally 2 and a half months away (almost a quarter of the year still to go!), it just kills the feeling of urgency. Feels like a reboot in a bad way.

2. The contestants who are going to be in the house from day one all the way up to finale (probably just Sid, Sana, Asim, unless something drastically changes soon) are going to be EXHAUSTED. And frankly, we as fans are going to be so fatigued of this as well. There is only so much creative can do to keep every episode feeling urgent and must-watch. Knowing that we have so much time go to, I would probably feel so dejected if I was in the house.

Hopefully, I'm proven wrong and the show gets better and better. Thoughts?

[Also, quick note on the Wild Cards: I'm really NOT interested in Arhaan at all at this point. He is clearly planning some romance thing with Rashmi as he has been parading around saying, and it totally takes away all the realism for me. Bagga was a great contestant, but I also sorta feel like she might have outlived her potential. And frankly, with Vishal's ex, with Vishal himself being pretty new in the house anyway, its just gonna feel like a totally different show with new stories and characters. No closure, no arc, just bam! here's a broken relationship out of nowhere imported from a different reality show. So, I'm kinda not too keen on the wild card situation either. Again, hopefully my pessimism is proven unwarranted though, as I have really enjoyed this season so far. Just hope it isn't remembered as that one amazing season that went on for too long!]

They have all signed a contract which seems like til the show goes on you have to be in this house, so they have no choice but to rot in there fortunately we have the choice whether to invest our time 🤣

I don’t support extension either, in S8, Gautam actually got overshadowed by Ali Quli, he was burnt out completely.

Honestly how much more of Sidnaaz romance or Rashami/Shukla fights, both themselves will calm down soon enough. Truly these people will lose it, Rashami already must be feeling like I’m so dead without Devo now 5 weeks more torture! 🤣
